Stratly ("we", "us", "our") is a software service for self-managed strata schemes in Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

Information you provide:

- Strata scheme information (scheme name, strata plan number, address)
- Lot owner details (names, lot numbers, unit entitlements, contact details)
- Financial data (levy amounts, payment records, bank transaction data you upload)
- Payment information for your subscription (processed securely by our payment provider)

- Usage data (features used, pages visited)
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- Log data (IP address, access times)

- Provide and improve the Stratly service
- Process your subscription payments
- Send you service-related communications (e.g., payment confirmations, important updates)
